Where We Ship

We ship to all 14 parishes of Jamaica and worldwide. Free local delivery is available within Kingston. Pickup by appointment is also an option for Jamaica customers.

Jamaica Delivery Options

  • Knutsford Express Pickup (islandwide): $700 JMD flat fee — pickup at any Knutsford branch
  • Kingston Free Delivery: FREE within Kingston
  • Pickup (by appointment): FREE — arrange via WhatsApp

International Shipping

We ship worldwide starting at $15 USD. Final shipping cost depends on destination country and weight — we'll confirm the exact amount with you before processing your order. International shipments are sent via tracked airmail or courier service.

Customs and import duties: Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility. These are not included in the shipping cost.

Processing Time

Once your payment is confirmed, we process and dispatch orders within 24 hours on business days. Orders confirmed Friday afternoon, weekends, or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Times

  • Kingston local: Same day or next day after payment confirmation
  • Knutsford Express: 1–3 business days after dispatch
  • International (Caribbean): 5–10 business days
  • International (North America, Europe): 7–14 business days
  • International (rest of world): 10–21 business days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched:

  • Jamaica: Knutsford Express tracking number sent via WhatsApp or email. Track at knutsfordexpress.com.
  • International: Postal or courier tracking number sent via WhatsApp or email.

You can also track via our Track Order page using your order number.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking doesn't show movement within the expected window, please contact us. We'll work with the carrier directly to locate your package.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please WhatsApp a photo within 48 hours of receipt. We'll send a free replacement immediately.

Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If a package needs to be redirected due to incorrect information, additional carrier fees may apply.
